Unbelievable really - they absolutely battered us a couple of months back (we helped massively by being truly awful), and they looked to be heading for mid-table safety. Since then they have spiralled down and down, with most fans wanting him to leave.

Really is a last desperate move to stay in League 1.

As an ex-Plymouth player anyone fancy an early 50th Birthday appointment for Keith?

Interesting that a few dismiss Hill as being a 1-0 man. He’s probably the least 1-0 manager around!

Agreed scored goals for fun in his first spell and conceded them equally in his second spell.
Not that it matters one way or the other to us now but it would be an interesting (to me anyway) statistic as to what percentage of his games at Dale ended in a 1-0 scoreline.

More of a 0-4 sort of guy this season.

Wouldnt Plymouth be a tad to far from Hills family!

Aye, it’s moved further away since when he played there.

Hilly odds on favourite now (5/6) for the walsall job.
Good luck to him.

For their sake he finds his no fear mojo once more and learns from his last 18 months at Dale

It wasn't too far for Derek Adams' family!

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Talking of Plymouth, due to building work at Home Park, the players have to get changed somewhere behind the main home end, meaning the tunnel is currently there.

After they thrashed us 5-1 in February, they were chanting "Can we play you every week?" as the Dale players trudged towards them and off the pitch.

Sometimes in football, you should be careful what you wish for.

Nothing will beat the Rushden fans that day for that

Surely you remember the scenes after the Darlington play off semi when he was celebrating with his family who, if my maths are correct, will have been very much alive during his spell at Plymouth.
