Right back situation 13:25 - Jan 26 with 843 viewsSaintsforeverj

A month ago, Ralph said we must bring in a few players, namely a right back.

Yesterday, we had to play a young centre back as a right back and he was completely out of his depth. We are now at the end of the transfer window as usual without signing anyone. Cedric we know is leaving anyway.

So buy a right back!!

Poll: Would you like Ings to come back?

Are you one, or simply Saint22 (but used the wrong login)?

Ready and waiting to mop up those European places......

No. I like Ward-Prowse, love Ralph, voted leave and for the Conservatives so highly unlikely I'm him.

Just simply surprised that we aren't buying a right back when Ralph said it would happen and we have nobody else.

Fair points to be honest!!

And same scenario with LB as well. Bertrands challenge that caught the spurs player although accidental, on another day could have been deemed a Red and out for 3 game. Or just a straight forward injury, could do the same.
We could end up with Hoj and JWP as our FB's!!

I can assure you he is not me although I like JWP and Ralph but would never vote Tory

As for signings right back left back centre back we need them all desperately even more so as yesterday proved so why on earth have we not signed anyone?

Yesterday proved we are desperate. How on earth do you come to that conclusion?

One of the most in formteams and we are desperate. You really are a melodramatic fool.

If you stopped behaving like an imbecile you might be taken seriously, saying we are desperate when we are one of the most in form teams is ridiculous.

Spurs exploited and profited from our weak right flank. Our young full back was caught out of position on several occasions, which is why he was replaced and the system changed.
Definitely deficient there but it will be rectified this month.

Mean to say doubt it will be sorted this window.

If you had an ounce of intelligence which given you like farage and trump indicates you don’t, you would have read the desperation was referring to the defenders we need not that we, as a whole are desperate
Danso was atrocious drifted centrality endlessly leaving Son with acres of space endlessly

System was changed because we were 1-0 down making us even more vulnerable.
That’s why despite equalising it was Spurs who looked more likely to win it than us.
That said I thought Danso was out oh his comfort zone although not as bad as some are suggesting.
He got a very warm reception when he was subbed.

Poll: Do we bring back Bernard at the weekend or stick with Bree?
