Got them for Bournemouth the night before, as fortunately before I booked I realised would be at Brixton O2 for The National gig, on night there in Southampton

Oh nice
The National at Brixton will be very good, so good live that lot
Let’s just hope these gigs can go ahead! This government are doing their best to screw the arts sector even more than ever now
Wetherspoons get 48m bail out, the music industry as a whole asked for 50m and got nothing yet

Saint22, how far do you honestly think the government can go? Seriously, some bird was on the tv yesterday crying out for the government to bail out the theatres. Everyone is wanting a piece of any financial support but Jesus, we are on levels of debt that probably surpass the World Wars. Don't get me wrong, i am a massive music fan and cannot wait to try and support local venues such as the Joiners, 1865 etc etc., but the country cannot bail everything out. First and foremost, hope and pray that they dont use this in future as a mechanism to sell off the NHS.

I had tickets for the Lovely Eggs, Groove Armada, Black Futures and all have been delayed or cancelled. Fingers crossed they re-schedule. Still got tickets for Mogwai in February but just hope that things are still going ok then.

Fontaines at the Guildhall? Fcuk, no chance of seeing them at the Joiners again then!

Ready and waiting to mop up those European places......

I know they can’t bail everyone out but they bail out that scum pub chain!
It’s favours everywhere from Boris and yet the arts which is underfunded massively has been hung out to dry
I see the Nuffield has closed and there will be many more
It’s an industry that relies on self employment and creative freelancers who have had little help

I asked about that - it’s rubbish they do get on
obviously usual on tour problems crammed together
