Other than Mara, I am really positive about today with this line up. I have just not seen anything from Mara to suggest he can even operate effectively at Championship level.
Sunderland have had more disruption than us this week with regulars leaving.

I was in the camp hoping Adams would stay. There didn't appear to be much interest from any of the middle/top teams, so he might as well stay here and see what happens.
If he doesn't sign a new contract and leaves at the end of the season, then I just hope he applies himself well and doesn't start sulking. I am confident he will stay and do well.
If we go up and lose out on a transfer fee, so be it. It will have been worth it. [Post edited 2 Sep 2023 12:15]
