In fairness, our council has always been lambasted (and rightly so, in many respects) but have we ever had such an ambitious leader? Achieved more in his past 12 months, than years of previous leaders. As many of you know, I hate Welsh Labour in Cardiff, but I'll definitely be voting for him at council elections. Already delivered an unprecedented achievement for Swansea.
