Interviews 22:06 - Nov 28 with 1721 viewsmax936

Just refreshed my memory have read that the Trust want to Interview new board members.

Difficult questions that you get asked in interviews these days, my lad had them at an Interview he recently had up at Gatwick for a Border Control officers job

1, describe a situation where you've had to make a difficult decision.

2. describe a situation when you had to get out of a difficult situation and how did you deal with it.

I had the same questions when I was interviewed for the job I have now, mine was a tad easier as it was a phone call interview, those questions must be generic for every job these days, not easy questions to answer in fairness.

Being dog knotted in ones wife’s sister would be a difficult situation.

Thinking of Diane Abbott in the buff, or if that don’t work then a surgeon, can get you out of it.

When do I start?

Dicky they ask those question and they expect you to answer, not so bad when your a older as you have more life experience but they are still tough questions to answer, but a youngster answering those questions will find them even tougher.

I'd do some research if you've got a job interview in your future years Dicky, saying yes you can do the job is it all they want to hear, your qualifications covers probably 90% of that one.
