Difficult questions that you get asked in interviews these days, my lad had them at an Interview he recently had up at Gatwick for a Border Control officers job
1, describe a situation where you've had to make a difficult decision.
2. describe a situation when you had to get out of a difficult situation and how did you deal with it.
I had the same questions when I was interviewed for the job I have now, mine was a tad easier as it was a phone call interview, those questions must be generic for every job these days, not easy questions to answer in fairness. |  |

Dicky they ask those question and they expect you to answer, not so bad when your a older as you have more life experience but they are still tough questions to answer, but a youngster answering those questions will find them even tougher.
I'd do some research if you've got a job interview in your future years Dicky, saying yes you can do the job is it all they want to hear, your qualifications covers probably 90% of that one. | |
