Swans trivia question 17:43 - Feb 10 with 1356 views | Tummer_from_Texas | Something that came to mind, since we already have more points in the 2nd half of this season... When was the last time Swansea City earned most of it's points in the first half of the season?

That must have been 28 and 28. Hence our 29 points 2nd half of last season being our highest tally in half a season.

Correct - in 2014/2015 we had a great start, a poor middle, and then an excellent finish, and 28 points each in the first half and second half. We were obviously much better in the 2nd half of the prior season. It looks like E30 and Gary are correct: the answer is 2012/2013, when we had 25 points in the first half and finished with 46. Since then, we've had a better 2nd half in the last 4 out of 5 seasons, and equal halves the remaining one. Helps to explain why we've lately had a tendency to feel really good about our manager in the offseason, then end up sacking him by New Years (or February in Laudrup's case). Just to add that Crapdiff only managed 30 points in total in their first and only season in the Premier League.
