Seems they are trying to recover their £100m as quickly as possible before we possibly sink further. This sale was a disaster

They won't and they can't. Costs way too high to be able to recoup anything substantial out of the club (and how would they take anything out legally anyway other than minor amounts?).

Return to the PL and sell for a higher price is surely the only way they'll recoup their initial investment. Although I could be wrong of course.
