My favourite drinking day, has been for years. Had my usual gallon or so, half a dozen in Ystrad Rhondda Con[ Scoobys], then a couple in the Rugby Club, then finished off in the Queens in Pentre. Kebab on the way home. Hic! |

We stayed near the Jewish quarter there too. Make sure you take a walking tour of this part. In the evening try Krokodil bar.
There's lots of hotels and Air BnB places. I can't remember the name of our hotel but it was cheap and cheerful.
