Russell Martin “ We are ready for bids on all our players” 29th Aug 2021 10:00Swansea City boss Russell Martin knows exactly what he wants this transfer window. He has three days of what he describes as ‘chaos’ ahead of him, and the club itself has three players they are some way down the road in signing. 0

The very best of luck to anyone who thinks that with Mr. Martin at the helm we will have a stronger squad assembled by this time next week.

Great to see the faith within our fan base, let's judge when the window has closed, and we have played 10 games

I agree, but its a worrying start to the season, he's shipping out players who have shown promise, on top of that we could lose Grimes, Bidwell and Lowe.

Grimes will be no loss, and Bidwell and Lowe have spent the majority of their careers here being slagged off. Odd to see them being named as key players now.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

If we are willing to see Grimes, Bidders & Lowe leave for £££ plus loan out Joseph, Whittaker, Cullen & Williams he/Allen must have a few decent signings in hand - otherwise in might get a tad tasty! [Post edited 29 Aug 2021 13:14]

Only 5 games into the campaign we all knew we were in for a rocky season.
I am excited for the future but concerned with the present.
To make room for Martins players we need to shift a few out.
It does have the feel of fantasy football on overhaul week.
I hope he knows what he is doing.
The concern for me is he has no proven track record and the club gives the impression that it's a right mess at the moment.
We just have to hope for the best.

"Grimes will be no loss." - I'd stick to watching netball if I was you. [Post edited 29 Aug 2021 14:19]
