I don't have a Sky Box and no TV aerial either. I only watch what I choose to via Amazon or Netflix.

It's kinda weird that people complain about TV shows that they can easily turn off. Must be a willpower thing.

In fairness the on/off switch on some TV's is hard to find, and all those buttons on the remote are a bit confusing.
