Last night, A 14 year old is in a critical but stable condition.

2 boys aged 14 and 15 arrested, what on earth is happening down there, there's been trouble there for months with gangs of teenagers clashing

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game
Poll: Happy to see Martin go

we used to clash with rival gangs when I was a kid too but we'd use a football

Shows it is prevalent anywhere.

Its why I detest video games;they dont know reality from fantasy.

Being stabbed isn't pleasant and is messy

Poll: Christmas. Enjoyable or not

It’s true. I played Super Mario once and now I’m addicted to mushrooms and forcing myself down pipes.

I have been told that individuals (innocent and charged) involved in this are from both Gorseinon and another postcode area that's far nearer to Ravenhill than Gorseinon itself......Some form of rivalry/dispute between two different postcode area's?

that makes sense when you read this, especially the last paragraph "They have all been told they are not to enter the area of Gorseinon"

I could say a lot more but with an upcoming court case and need for calm I will refrain! What I can say is to coin a phrase "It's not worth it".

People involved in this will get to an age (kids they are) and think to themselves "what was it all about"? A bit like all who got involved with territorial disputes, gang trouble, rivalry. and stupid nonsense etc that is not unique to any decade Mods V Rockers etc.

I would bet that the perpetrator has a very low IQ, doesn't have a dad at home and has received shite parenting.

Make sure you know where your kids are and what they are up to because unfortunately Swansea is teeming with such individuals, they can be seen wandering the streets listening to drill music on tik tok and are usually illiterate.
Do-gooders have created an underclass by ruining education, these kids have no skills, are uneducated, do not know right from wrong and think the world owes them everything their heart desires.
These people are desperate, they have no hope.
The professionals in their life have no answers, just excuses (usually a lack of resources is what the behaviour is put down to - despite nobody working in the household and everything paid for).
The problem is actually moral character, ethics, love (like a Dad who sticks around and does everything in his power to look after his kids, teach them well and set a good example).
This country is a giant mess.
This kind of incident is just going to increase.

"It's what people know about themselves inside that makes them afraid" - "In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act" - "The further a society drifts from truth the more it will hate those who speak it"

I specifically said that a lack of privilege has sod all to do with it.
It is about moral character and a lack of discipline. It is about a class of people who have been encouraged (by the Left) to think of themselves as not responsible for their actions, for whom there is always an excuse.

Obviously not every family without a dad produces teenage boys who stab people (which is attempted murder by the way), it's just that the teenagers who stab people usually don't have a dad...usually don't have adults in their life who work, who are good parents...and are usually semi-literate.
Councils have failed people, Schools have massively failed and we (society) have failed people by excusing poor behaviour instead of dealing with it, rewarding fecklessness instead of those of good moral character who wake up every day and try to do their best by everybody around them.

It is interesting to me that 'privilege' was one of the few words you actually spelled correctly.
I and my family, nor my ancestors, are/were privileged...yet we behave properly and work hard. We contribute more than we take (collectively).
People's lack of moral character has zero to do with 'privilege'.
I guarantee you this kid has a laptop, a mobile phone, expensive clothes, pocket money (I had to earn money when I was a teenager - 2 paper rounds, then a pot washer, then behind the bar), a bike/scooter, expensive fashionable trainers.
His house will be heated, there will be food on the table 3 times a day, the 'leccy will be on, the internet.

I can't guarantee you that any of it is paid for by anyone who works in the household, I can't guarantee you that his dad makes any meaningful contribution, I can't guarantee you that Social Services haven't been involved, I can't guarantee you that the kid uses his phone/laptop to learn anything, rather than watch vacuous nonsense produced by morons.

What is 'privilege'?
I would argue that it is having everything you need paid for you by somebody else, produced by somebody else, and yet being so ungrateful that you can't even be bothered to respect the laws and customs (the social norms) of the society that produced it for you.
To waste your opportunity to get educated because it doesn't matter anyway, nothing really matters, there will always be somebody else to pick up my slack and pay for me...

...but will there (always be enough people producing to cover all the slackers)?

I'll tell you what is not helping anyone...
- Minimising barbaric, savage behaviour
- Minimising the harm done to somebody's son
- Excusing people who need a bit less carrot and a bit more stick
- Pretending that the problem (a boy who has been brought up by his parent/s and who has been through about 10 years of schooling, still not knowing right from wrong) is my attitude instead of his and his family's behaviour - I would argue the school system has a share of this also.

Do you know who is "under privileged"?
The Bangladeshi kids and women who stitch your tracksuit together for a pittance a day.

Snobby clearly a grade 1 pejorative.
I take it as a compliment

Looking around, much degenerate behaviour is in “ deprived “ areas . Fact.

Hard to swallow but the people paying most in tax are those most unlikely to waste Police time as they are other anti social activities

Poll: Christmas. Enjoyable or not
