Man charged with murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel shot in own home in Liverpool ... on 16:44 - Apr 3 by Wingstandwood
So 'Category A' Wakefield “MONSTER Mansion” awaits?
Or maybe some other V.P wing elsewhere (vulnerable prisoner) complete with a bucket to sh1t in, long queues to phone home and company forever shared with equals i.e. likeminded: beasts, monsters, child-killers, child-rapists, nonce’s and other subhuman filth.
What we should be asking is why we tolerate people firing repeatedly up into a family home and then feel uncomfortable about ever allowing out again. He didn’t mean to kill Olivia but he did Nee. That should be life without parole.
Note…his barrister having ripped into the most significant witness walks away without another thought. That witness had some guts and stood up to this bullying that I was told doesn’t go on anymore. Prooof it does. To seek to get a vicious killer off by trying to traumatise and confuse a witness is morally indefensible
This witness could have crumbled and Cashman walk as he has done with 15 previous offences .

And we feel unable to put these people to sleep.
That is what we should be asking
I heard again today from a reporter on the news where that very female witness was yet again deservedly praised for her amazing courage, feistiness and ability to reply with wrongfooting instantaneous intelligence.
She flustered a highly experienced K.C who was playing on home turf in a crown court surrounding. She was described by The Guardian as "whip-smart". What an absolute diamond!

My point. S@dly ,the majority of prosecution witnesses are called liars and their reputation impugned . When there seems very little “defence” to adduce then good old hectoring is used. The Judge today said she was sorry the witness had to go through this. Judge should really not allo2 it to go ahead . The witness box,for ordinary people ,is @ mystifying, horrendous ,intimidating place and its theatre .

Do you know about special procedures ?
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

That woman’s life has changed forever and regardless of how she is protected she’ll always be looking over her shoulder.
You can only hope that associates of Cashman will see his sentence as justice and let it go but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Peter Bleksley is so right with his gushing praise regarding the professionalism and service of Merseyside Police e.g. "quite spectacular detective work by Merseyside Police". The investigation must have at times, been absolutely painstaking by having to scrutinise many thousands of hours of mobile phone records and video footage, and having to endure the investigative equivalent of watching paint dry. Etc, etc, etc.
"Defund the police" hey! Thicko man-child weakling bullsh1t that well and truly is, whether that comes from a lefty loon or some out of touch political strategy.
He gives some great insight into the prison system, and his prediction about future appeals is bang on imo.
3:17s "However I have never met a prisoner who wanted to spend one more day inside".
That aside, many will await self indulgent innocence protest(s) and defiance of "restriction of privileges" behaviour whereupon "incentives and Earned Privileges Scheme" becomes void.

We will never have justice until victims of crimes are pre eminent over those who offend against them. I would suggest professional criminals rarely feel fear from Police . Why should they . The odds are stacked on their side. Where they mostly fall down is when greed and arrogance affect th3ir judgement .
Quite why Police officers turn up for work these days amazes me .
