| Be doing time if it happened at football on 17:32 - Nov 7 by lifelong | I’ve told you numerous times, but you call me a liar, that I don’t like the game of rugby but I want Wales to win whatever we are playing. |
If I have called you directly a liar, then I apologise unreservedly . It would have been tarring yiu with the same brush as another and that is poor. That said, surely you must Recall the tedious anti egg garbage Welsh Rugby is a mess and we totally screwed up professionism. It is very upsetting

Our country has a wonderful rugby tradition for a country that picks the majority of its side along the M4 corridor and 20 miles north. We excel in many sports, especially compared to England. We have the population of the greater Birmingham area. Worth thinking about.

I can’t speak for other areas but take a stroll up the back of Cefn Hegoed school on an alternative Sunday or Bonymaen rugby club and I think you’ll be suprised at the amount of kids of all age groups playing competitive matches , local rugby has much more of a social environment than local club football certainly in the east side . Both codes have their place in society and I for one am all for it , in fact any sport which develops the kids of today into becoming sports men/women has to be good , friendships made playing sport last a life time .

All the rugby clubs have a large junior section as do all the football clubs. But the playing fields like Ashleigh Road are now predominantly football this is caused by supply and demand.

It's not the clubs I'm talking about. There are rugby and football clubs with strong junior sections. It's the playing fields that seem sparse of rugby pitches, if the demand was there there would be a more even split.

Perhaps these are reasons along with success of the national football team over the last 10/12 years.
