After the Rhys Williams experience can you blame him?
It was too early for him. This happens with young players, doesn’t mean he’s no good or won’t make a living in the game as he’ll probably mature into a decent player.

He did come back and had a storming end to the season with Aberdeen, but still would to have seen him here.

I mean surely Liverpool knew Williams was woeful, not seen a centre half worse than him down here in years. Amazingly he actually got some appearances in the Prem and Champions League.
