Viktor Goykeres was available for about £1m but Cooper did not rate him. Now linked with Brentford and possibly rated higher than Piroe.
Martin did not rate Whittaker and perhaps Joseph. Josh Thomas had made big strides in the just completed.
Joseph is a forward and has to score goals. He could be converted into a wing back. |

Maybe he was appalling because he was constantly used as a wing back when he had no pace and cannot cross?
Maybe used at CB he would have been better? That's down to Martin.
Now Joseph, i thought he looked better in his brief appearances than Cullen did and cullen seems to have made a step up. Next season, if they were all here, I'd like to see a front three of Cullen, Joseph, Whittaker, at least in a friendly. it won't happen now though because at least one of them is leaving. |
Sincerely hope I never see them as first choice in a league game any time soon, maybe against Afan Lido in a friendly would be ok. If they all appear in the first team in the near future we will be staring at League 1 or possibly even in League 1 for that to happen. The club needs to be raising their sights to survive in the Championship. Other opinions are of course welcome | | | |

Sincerely hope I never see them as first choice in a league game any time soon, maybe against Afan Lido in a friendly would be ok. If they all appear in the first team in the near future we will be staring at League 1 or possibly even in League 1 for that to happen. Clueless mun he bangs on about lots of things, Piroe has more than proved his ability and class, Gyokeres is a big lump who in my eyes as done very little in comparison to Piroe apart from put himself about like a typical CF. [Post edited 10 Jun 2023 18:59]
