Already on its knees in recent years thanks to the Welsh Govts unnecessarily heavy Covid restrictions, refusal to deal with M4 congestion and seeming intention to actually make getting around in Wales even harder. To top that off we've still got the mooted tourist tax to come.

Is there anything in this country that they can't screw up?

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Nah, he lives there, He has too.
Nobody. Oiled lov3 a country that much without having the ties that bind.
I know that part of Ireland is tradionally not exactly fond of Britain.
Our history isn’t comfortbLe with me exactly but we have learned .
Every country in Africa we colonised has struggled since our departure . Fact
We ain’t that bad.
I would never live in a land that had a poisonous history that I so hated.

Sinead O’Connor had it dead right regarding Ireland and its recent history .

When London was in charge of Ireland, 1 million people starved to death.

Nothing else in Irish history comes close to that London inspired genocide.

Many other nations also stand testiment to horrific abuse from London under Empire.
Reparations are needed.

You need to do a bit more research fella, especially regarding the Irish famine. Your fishing trips are becoming more and more desperate and quite honestly fairly poor.

Why do you reside in a Country you despise so much?

I love Wales.
The uk is obviously not fit for the modern world.

The monarchy is a ridiculous pantomime.

You dont like a bit of honesty, do you ?
You might like North Korea or Moscow ?

Not London.
Britain.
Welsh troops involved too.
Selective history .

London, England, is where the uk government resides.

Welsh soldiers , like all professional soldiers go where they are sent.
Are you now suggesting that the lads had a discussion and decided - on balance - to go to Ireland ?
Welsh soldiers were sent there as British Crown forces, most people understand this concept.

The British left 1 million Irish people to starve to death, whilst the British exported food from Ireland at gun point. The British were the government at the time.

Another 1 million left Ireland for a new life. Joe Biden refers.

The population of Ireland is still lower today than in 1841.
The famine was only ever half the story.

Russia abolished slavery well before we did , in 1723, Just saying! Yes, they had serfs, but we had peasants and factory workers.Just another example of you ignorance of history.

I wasn't giving any lessons on morality, that was your assumption. Not that i would expect you to reply to Britain's historical record on colonialist exploitation and it's numerous atrocities. That would require an element of honesty and humility

Funny man ,Russia didn't exist in the period you're referring to, try again

You definitely need to read more and not cherry pick what you read to suit your agenda. Read both sides , that way you'll truly understand your "enemy". Nothing is ever as simplistic as you make it seem. You need to expand your mind, because truthfully it's very very narrow at the moment.
You'll not be sucking me into one of your I hate England xenophobic exchanges. So have a nice day in the good old UK and be thankful you reside here.

Seeing your loyal support for mother Russia I’d wager you backing Serbia, loyal Russian ally,in their cleansing of anyone speaking a different tongue, using another alphabet or simply worshiping a different God.

Not true.

Cymru has never ever voted to join the blessed union.
Put simply, Cymru was forced to join by force of arms.

If the UK government had Welsh government approval you would have some sort of point.
You are really saying that a uk tory government voted for by england, can give wales a huge debt ? You know labour voting wales….
Perhaps you think that Moscow debts should be borne by the Ukraine ?

The EU would welcome Scotland, Wales and the north of Ireland.

Has the Welsh government or the Welsh people asked to leave the Union then? Not going back hundreds of years mind, in living memory.

How many Welsh people want indepepndence...that's right, a clear minority.

Drakeford complains about funding but has himself said independence is a no go, as has been pointed out to you may times.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-

Drakefords support for the union is "unambiguous" s there you go. You're spouting nonsense again.

Copenhagen criteria Kilky, the quickest any country has gained EU membership is 2 years and we'd have to be indy before we applied. That is of course, if the Welsh people voted for indy then to apply to join.

Dream on Saddle-Goose.

They all of course want to join the Commonwealth and all still use the British law system over the European system and of course use English as their main language and stick with the British model of education particularly Dublin. The Irish love the UK so much they prefer to live and work in the UK over their beloved emerald Isle.

Is this the imaginary genocide you made up caused by overpopulation and reliance on a single non native plant species to feed a population the land could not support.

Famines were world wide in the 19th century and were caused by natural disasters and weather.

Poor people starved in the UK in the Victorian era. If you did not work and could not afford food you starved. There was no social security back then.

Fortunately due to social reformers and democracy this changed and the UK led the world in this. The first country to abolish slavery, the start of the Industrial revolution which lifted everyone out of poverty.

Not sure what your rant has to do with Welsh Tourism though.
