Hang on there, yes the USA's emissions are hgh but they are dropping whereas China's. In the first link it says 29.18% but noww they are up to 35%. Then there's their share by GDP, that's twice as much as the USA. Which measure do you want to use? I'll settle for the percentage share and China's is highest and still rising.
