Raheem Sterling possible Loan Deal? 23:31 - Nov 9 with 3835 viewsFuggie

Per the Mirror possible loan deal for Sterling in January!!

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/liverpool-set-raheem-sterli

What do people think of this?

I think it will improve our winger alternatives but to the detriment of Dyer (Sterling is a RW i think).

Dyer has been dire for a little while. Sterling would be great. I'd drive him here myself.

Dyer has been the best of our wingers this season (Although thats not saying a great deal granted!)

"Michu, Britton and Williams could have won 3-0 on their own. They wouldn't have required a keeper."

I'd take him, he'd have a point to prove
Won't cost us many £ sterling

Haven't we been burnt once already by a Liverpool reject?

Liverpool "rejects" may still be better than the players available almost anywhere else in the British Isles
We would have to look abroad for players of same quality - how has that worked out so far for us this season (emphasis on this season - not Michu & co from last season)

Yes Toshack, Callaghan, Smith,Boersma, Waddle and Irwin. All terrible signings.

He may fit well into the ML system. Whether he is the type of winner to get the best out of Wilfried is another thing. Not sure he can cross a ball
