It all seems a bit "relaxed" to me, a lot of clowning around.
Maybe whoever edited it together thinks that those short 'fun' bits are more enjoyable viewing than long boring clips of players working hard especially if the brief from the club is that a show of unity and enjoyment amongst the squad is what fans want to see.

Ah right, cool.
When what we actually want to see is them practicing to overcome their apparent shortcomings, you know, like more consistent passing, especially going forward, more accurate shots at goal, lots of crosses and headers etc Lot's of practice in defending long balls and set pieces. It was noticeable how cold they looked and also that JJS did not seem to run quite so much as the others, but perhaps that was just the way the film was cut.
