I thought making it 7 floors high was a planning mistake tbh, 6 floors might have been sufficient.

Oh...I was informed it was replacing Bryntawe, then the land where the Penlan school building is will be used for all-weather sports pitches etc etc. I'll try finding out a bit more detail  | |
