I know it's a trawl but what we are told about debt is BS, the Uk doesn't owe as much as we are told and other governments own some of our debt and we hold some of theirs. The global debt mountain could be reduced massively if countries had the will.
Kilk, here's a secret I'll let slip for you. I agree Wales could fund itself, regardless of income, we could borrow the money we need but that abiliuty is in itself a scam perpetrated on us by the financiers.
