The philosophy of Swansea Independent 19th May 2021 11:23
The success of this website relies on the people that visit it. The forums and indeed the thousands of external visits from news outlets who choose to endorse our writing and reporting. Our aim since September 16th 2020 has been to keep the fans informed and for visitors to get a handle on the club and most importantly the supporters can support in a safe environment. 3

That' another eloquent article and I review as follows.

This site WAS in a dark place and matters were clearly out of hand. That has to be stated .
I was involved in possibly the biggest bitchfest of all and at times I admit I enjoyed it in a perverse way. Looking back, I very much regret it all. Anyway ,Mr Haynes come along and changes the site out of all recognition.

I accept its principles but I think we need to balance what may be controversial with a need to avoid the site becoming anodyne and plain boring. I do my best to stop that.

We must also embrace not just different opinions but the surreal.Posts may be made simply to articulate a leftfield way of looking at life (no political pun intended there). Posters should ask themselves if what they read is maybe not what it appears to be.

Bad language is a moot point. Blasphemy is more easily posted that swearing and it is a subject that offends but there again, religion is not a fact simply a belief . It' a fine line.

Finally, football and life is synonymous with passion and without it,nothing is worth while. Football, turn us inside and out, making mugs of us all and we should realise that.

Nobody is right or wrong.

You aint seen me

Poll: Christmas. Enjoyable or not
