Wouldn’t say no to a few of those.
Of the realistic candidates Poyet would be my choice.

How Poyet never ended up here is a mystery.

He did a massive job as Denis Wise’s assistant when they went to Leeds and every club he has been number one has played exactly the style we’d hope for here. I went to Brighton when he was manager there and the way they played was phenomenal. That rumour about him taking a shit in the away team dressing room follows him around even though it’s nonsense. Our fans would be very happy with a Poyet team if they could take the blinkers off.

‘……. like a moth to Itchy’s flame ……’

Most of them are tried tested and failed and out of work for a reason....they Are the managers who are on the merry go round of managers...give me a young untried coach trying to make his mark, i.e a Cameron toshack, someone like that ,as we did with Martinez...maybe a rangel if he's taking his badges...would rather go for someone like this than the ones who constantly get sacked.
