Its not just footballers. other top level sportspeople are having health issues. I'm starting to think they are too fit, they are placing too much strain on their bodies.
If I can compare it to Formula One. An F1 car needs taking apart and the moving parts pretty much all replaced every race. The engine parts burn out and can't do 2 races without major repairs.
Are sports people going this way, too much strain on their bodies resulting in serious health issues? | |
