Yes , it was the one instance Grimes let himself down a bit yesterday. Im much happier watching him with his head up and looking for the killer pass which in fairness he delivered to Obafemi and he finished beautifully.
I’m also pleased RM isn’t happy - I’m glad he’s wanting more out of the players because they should never have had the chances we gave them.
A point against Fulham I’d be delighted with - a win is almost unthinkable with players like Woolf and Christie unavailable. |  |

A good win but Martin is right to feel rather peeved.
We could have got 5 as was the case versus West Brom. Obefemi looks very hungry ;Piroe still lethal .
We have to set our standards high and this is refreshing to read.
Fulham will be miles harder and Christie will be missed.

TBF at three up Grimes had every right to try to get on the score sheet from that position although a selfless pass would probably had more chance of a goal.
I'm really no fan of Grimes but yesterday he was, arguably, MOM.
I can understand Martin"s annoyance, we were slack. Christie had one of his off days. Again there were many situations where he was inviting a pass then ignoring the ball.
Manning was all over the place.
Overall a 7 / 10 performance overcoming a 6 / 10 oposition. |  |
