When he got sent off he was targeted by a nasty old pro in Adams and should have been protected by his manager, captain, and referee, Adam was happy to take a first yellow to ensure Downes had a second. Adams had a couple of blatant attempts to provoke him before he finally got him. He started a littles slowly on Tuesday, getting caught a couple of times but understandable I suppose due to his lack of playing time. He grew into the match as it went on as if he'd never been away. Doesn't have the same driving forward ability as Downes but a worthy replacement | |

Fulton has been playing at this level in the position and usually plays well, did have a habit diving in because he was a foot or two too far away from the person he was marking had seem to got out of that habit until the sudden rush of bloody the head in the final.
Nice to see him back in the fold was missed, wouldn't mind seeing him parther Downes to see if it is a viable option if ever needed. [Post edited 9 Apr 2022 9:30]
