40-50 for me, we only have 3-4 players we'd be able to sell easily for any decent amount, we don't own the stadium and we finished 15th.

The club is closing in on sustainability and might even be able to make a small profit this season without selling players.
The main issue is the convertible loan note CLN. This is a notional debt of £13m on a club worth about £35m. There is no discussion unless this is included.
a) Value with a £13m debt.
b) Value with no debt the loan having been converted.
c) No legal claims remain
d) No legacy players on big wages except Bennett.
If the club can turn in a £3m profit after tax a £45m valuation is reasonable giving the owner a 6.6% return. Investors getting that return are happy.
A 7% return doubles your money in 10 years compounded. About £31m not compounded. I would like to see the club pay dividends and be a proper sustainable business. This would see the Trust go.

Nothing has changed yet. No new shares have been created. The 5% is the frozen shareholding that can't be diluted, they'll always own more than that even if loads of new equity comes into the club. | | | |
