I’m seeing benefits in the location for the players and a change of environment where the manager can introduce even more of his developmental learning. What that location offers more than Fairwood I don’t know, but it gives the staff a feeling of value I’m sure that their training plans are being supported. And the club are fork g out for that to happen. Happy staff more success. |  |
