Swansea City gave some indications tonight that Armstrong Oko-Flex and Fin Stevens are about to be recalled by their clubs in the new year. Martin needs to realise that the skill set required for his idea of advanced wing backs and 3 centre halves isn't practical in this division.

If we get promoted and taken over by trillionaires IMHO it would take at least £200 million to assemble a back 5 capable of playing it.

Martin needs to realise that the skill set required for his idea of advanced wing backs and 3 centre halves isn't practical in this division. If we get promoted and taken over by trillionaires IMHO it would take at least £200 million to assemble a back 5 capable of playing it.

I think you can have ball playing defenders in this league, I think defenders need to just be able to defend a bit better and be a bit stronger at times.

You can't switch off at this level and further up the ladder you get punished more.
