I’d never heard of him until you posted this. Looks like he’s a Reading boy, who was with Reading until he was around 14 before he went off to Man City. Left Man City when he was about 16 to move to Dortmund. Takes a lot of guts for 16 year old to uproot and move to another country. Good luck to the lad unless he’s playing against Wales or the Swans.

An agent I know pointed him out a few years ago when he moved, he did say Dortmund are all over England sniffing out talent.They invite lads over for trials then do their homework on the family, education standard of the player. Loads of stuff. Temperament to live away from home etc.
It’s a formula that is working. | |
