Despite the win a hollow feeling remained after another nervy Swansea.Com match. 1 Hollow inside,, I was hollow inside, and I’ll never get over the reason why I was hollow inside. Click above.

His crosses were largely poor & he scuffed more than one attempt at shooting & one touch passes. My fear is that someone may believe that he could be a longer term solution to our right back problem. Manning was woeful & it looked like his mind is elsewhere giving the ball up too often with wayward passes. Cabango gave up his customary gifts to the opposition with more than one brainfart. Wood & Darling also failing to inspire any confidence. Fisher had a decent game. The high risk low reward playing out from the back routine causes as much discomfort for the crowd as it clearly does for the players just not suited to playing it. It actually achieves the square root of sweet fa. The less said about Latib the better. In midfield Cooper continually ran up blind alleys & missed a sitter. Grimes was just Grimes & Fulton did well until his head bump. Cundle continually tried to drive us forward with pace but opportunities never really opened up for him, thought he had a decent game. Up front Piroe did ok but should have scored when he hit the post, he’s just not getting any help as the sole focal point. The change in starting formation did him no favours. Anyone who was there could see that Whittaker is physically weak in possession & when a half chance of a shot opened up he fluffed his lines. He clearly needs more minutes to acclimatise to the pace & physicality at this level.

Probably Middlesbrough who we apparently play in five games time.
