I read that Reading have broken rules and are due a penalty this season. Wigan have already been penalised.
What are they waiting for? Is the league fearful of the 6 points relegating Reading?
I guess its our mate Trevor Birch. Universally loved but flakey enough to get the full Swansea squad on the club website promoting a far left USA political organisation they knew next to nothing about, for nothing. (BLM)
The last I heard 2 weeks ago was that the league were reviewing submissions from Reading to determine if compliance had been achieved. I believe we are now past the cut off for a points deduction this season and it has to be next season. I'm not sure if this is still the case because the 6 points are suspended from last season.

Will keep the Cardiff fans happy after yesterday's decision by the EFL to stick to their competiton rules and decide the Rotherham match will be replayed.

Why 6point penalty again? As a second offence in two seasons it really should be more.
There is clearly an argument for budgeting for the fine. Several new players Reading cannot afford are brought in leading to 9 extra points. Lucas Joau Andy Carroll for example with a 6 points deduction. Net points gain / loss +3.
