Over 2 weeks ago bought 2 items from B&Q, DPD were supposed to deliver one but it never showed up though they claim they delivered it. The other item was from their market place, 2 boxes but I only got the one box, the second has never come despite the courier saying they were coming 4 times. I have complained and I was told that someone would ring me back inside 24 hours.
I have rung DPD at least 10 times, the first twice I spoke to people who emailed it through to Swansea and gave me Swansea's contact number which I have rung 8 times but they never pick up.
It's shocking, I spent over 250 quid and have half a bike storage shed to show for it and a growing phone bill. |  | | |  |

Go to the store and say you want it sorted immediately or you will go to trading standards. Take the name of the person you speak to and make sure they see you writing it down. Then ask to see the person in charge of the store and do the same. If you get nowhere, which I will be surprised, phone trading standards. |  | | |

A useful trick I learned off my dad was before going into the store or phoning up to complain find out the name of some senior director or area manager through google then just slip in their name and say you know them from a golf club or similar and will mention it to them on the weekend.
It genuinely works and has sped up many a complaint. Top tip. |  |
