The phrase "wide of the mark" is a regular output of the club for almost all links.

It seems to me the press are not on the case and have few inside tracks with the club. New signings are identified and are wearing the shirt at Fairwood usually with in 24 hours of links being identified.

Wise sage since Toshack era

It’s one we used a few days ago in an attempt to explain the bids being reported thing was nonsense, at that time.

Everton seem to be keen after apparently failing with Gyokeres.

They need to pay the asking price or they won’t get Piroe either. 😉
