A good mate of mine was -I think his title was regional coordinator - organised soccer schools all over Wales for the Swans for a number of years, coaching hundreds of kids. When he left about 5 years ago he was on £18k a year.
He became a plasterer and doubled his money .

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

That’s about £330 more than minimum wage. Not sure how good the perks are, I suspect the only way they’ll get someone decent is if it’s their first job post Uni and it’s a stepping stone. Shocked at that tbh.

Edit- I’ve just seen a post elsewhere which says the club are looking for someone with a Masters!

Decent wages don’t seem an option at the club.

If there is any credence in the story attached below the club clearly didn’t make much of an effort to keep Piroe

They are quoting Capology who are not always accurate. Take our wages on there, how accurate are these. Pedersen on £18,000 a week and at the other end Cabango on £962 a week, Dalling on nearly £20K a week and Congreve earning double of Cullens wages. You really can't go on that site but some do.

No way is that right.
Leeds are paying him way more than 15k a week.

I would expect he is on a basic 15k a week with a 5k appearance start/5k goal bonus so he could easily make 25k-30k a week with incentives and two games a week in the calendar/
