No one can be expected to remember everything about everything, but we’re not talking about routine stuff we’re talking about a government response to a pandemic and I don't believe some of the guff ministers etc are coming out with and I suspect some are being economical with the truth. Every decision was probably backed up with briefing papers and other stuff.
At the top tier of government, everything would be well ordered diarised and what’s take place in every meeting should be documented and minuted, unless decisions were made not to document meetings and then one would have to ask why.
It should be the same in Cardiff Bay - minutes should be documented. | | | |

They are all liars. I have never heard so many apologies since the expenses scandal. The opportunity to prosecute and jail the guilty then may not have led any of this lot to believe that just by apologising for everything they get away with anything. | | | |
