If we don't have enough police/PCSO's or specials then we'd need the troops. Even then we probably wouldn't have the resources. We'd have to block roads/motorways and pavements to keep areas properly locked down with checkpoints so people could get to work, shops or hospitals.

For the first few weeks people adhered to it, then they slowly started to rise from the slumber, Cummings and the Castle incident then triggered "on your marks" johnsons in action on Cummings, was "get set" .
As it is even though we can argue about numbers etc, Morriston hospital is just an indication, if thinkgs do kick off, there may be very little NHS available to look after the sick.
