I think the EFL are treating things slightly differently with a pandemic. If you have seevral positive tests you don't know how many more may be asymptomatic yet infectious. They won't risk the health of the other teams and their staff.

But yes, I do think some teams will try to use it to gain an advantage.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?
