One of the reasons for me that Byers isn’t going to fit in at a lower level.
Especially under Jackett.

Swansea s history says otherwise. Leon Britton and Roberto Martinez excelled in the lower leagues albeit not under Jackett.
Jackett has no use of skillful players he wants engines. He once had Alan Tate and Kris Oleary s defensive midfielders.
I do not balme the player. Roberts did not get a kick undr Monk at Boro and even Dan James could not get in the Shrewsbury team. These managers look after their regulars and use loans to fill the bench. Its not easy. |  |
