Blackburn Rovers 1 Swansea City 1 : The game analysed, time for change ? 10th Mar 2021 11:44
It wasn’t the best watch of the season that’s for sure, and this insight in to the game against Blackburn will surely start to reveal where the problems are for Steve Cooper and Mike Marsh as Luton beckons on Saturday. 1

I do not think this was a grest result. Brentford will play in Blackburn this Friday. I believe that Brentford will win comfortably 0-3 or 0-4.

Wise sage since Toshack era

Normal case scenario a point away at Ewood park is decent. Probably not with the positon we are in though and what we are playing for.

The main problem we have is that our performances are flat and the players have ran out of steam. Bristol City first half was ok but we were playing against a glorified U23 side with everyone they had out.

No Steve,Blackburn didn’t not play well.Again more platitudes,Again no admission he could be wrong, still stubborn .

Blackburn was as bad as anyone we be played.A great club who have tumbled in all ways and their fans deserve better.

If they had played well, we would have lost by at least the same number of goals another poor team,Huddersfield , won by.

Players are not being given a chance and Cooper has this
On his DNA.

It’s not the result for me - we got lucky again & 1-1 at Blackburn is ok - it’s another poor performance that is the issue for me plus the fact that we are so predictable that warrants a change.

With Guehi looking like being out I’d be going either 4-4-2 or 4-1-4-1 with a back four of Nauts/Bennett/Cabango/Bidders & midfield four of Roberts/Grimes/Fulton/Manning plus Ayew & one of Whittaker or Arriola up top. In the more defensive version Grimes drops to sit in front of the 4 defenders & Smith comes into the midfield 4.
