Never let the facts get in the way of a rumour. Hopefully now that Pfizer has been approved for 12 and over we can start to vacinate school children from September.

It’s been very downplayed and some, like Christina Pagel, have been flagging this for months. The new PHE technical bulletin makes grim reading on school transmission of the Delta variant. But thankfully we have a firebreak this week and as you say the approval for the Pfizer vaccine should allow a roll out before the new academic year.

Average age for the Indian strain (the WHO can stuff delta) is 29, much lower than previous I think.
