The "Bootroom" culture at Swansea never really happened As far as I know only Kristain O'Leary and Alan Tate are ex players in the system. Neither were the top proponents of the beautiful 'Swansalona' ethos. This does not mean they cannot promote or teach it of course. Britton walked and the future of Routledge is unclear.

Give credit to Cooper he embraced the ex players into his camp. Tate was in it and Cooper appeared to want to promote Routledge into his team. Dyer was given a training contract of some sort.
