EFL should act far more quickly and deduct points in the season related to the breaches.
Although the big spenders are trying to gain an unfair advantage in the promotion stars and getting promoted ala Villa or getting to the play offs denies another club that opportunity, it can also mean another club is relegated and there are no big payments when dropping into a lower EFL league. |  |
