Not a surprise. Clubs like WBA, Fulham and Norwich have accepted the fact that they are yo yo clubs when it comes to promotion/relegation. Crucially their fans have accepted it as well. So in WBA case it’s looking unlikely they’ll get automatic promotion and struggling to make the playoffs and the fans aren’t happy about it and neither is the board. | | | |

West Brom will get back to the Prem but not this year as I think Fulham ,Bmuff (sadly) and possibly Blackburn go up. Blackburns rise from oblivion is remarkable. They are led by the wild old stager Tony Mowbray. | |
