Michael Obafemi has to realise it’s HE who affects HIS future 5th Sep 2022 10:21
The transfer window seems to throw up many a player with somewhat deluded thoughts about their future in the game. Their head space is filled with pound signs and promises of unbelievable wealth and the opportunity for an all round prosperous life to enjoy. 1

The two most visible players on Swans TV with their "hilarious" outtakes are the two that are the most high maintenance and most likely to refuse to do their jobs for which they are paid handsomely.

Swansea city management need to stop indulging these immature people. There is a time to stop joking and get down the the serious business.

I think in life weve all worked with or for someone we don't like, but have always done the job to our best ability, at times alongside that person, being a footballer is no different, in doing anything different is only letting oneself down.

Agreed, but is it about working with someone you don't like or trying to get more money elsewhere and failing?

No idea, perhaps I should have added conditions/pay into the comment, as weve all at some time thought we were worth bringing home more pay, but didn't get it, just look at what is happening in the country Today , if we went on strike we got no pay.

I am sure if there was an interest from Burnley, Kompany would be looking with interest at events and thinking "Phew I was lucky"

You only get on in football being dedicated and hard working, any other way, its a very short career both playing and after, any other way it doesn't end well career wise or in life.
