I agree and can't understand the culture in football ( and other sports I guess?) that you can refuse to do your job (or in the case of managers ) fail at your job and get highly rewarded for it.
In the real world we would all be given the bullet for such behaviour ( although I know top executives often get paid off handsomely) |  |
