Nothing Fishy about this Darling: Harry makes his point 8th Apr 2023 11:31
Harry Darling has come out in defence of his goalkeeper Andy Fisher again but this time to praise him for what was his best performance in a Swans shirt since his arrival at the club fifteen months ago. It hasn’t been plain sailing for Fish but yesterday he most certainly made some crucial saves which earned the Swans a point. 0

Fisher is Swansea' back up keeper. In this market spending £400,000 on a back up is questionable.

Without doing research Benda has not completed too many season in full like Woodman does for example and has missed large tracts of seasons with medium term injures of several months.

I would expect Benda to be keen to get a new contract. He is an athletic player who should increase in competency and value. Martin's methods are demanding.

If however he plays duck and drakes with contract talks then the club should replace him.

Swansea have improved results i since Darling replaced Sorinola. More of theat in an attacking sense too.

Potter player 6ft 5in Burn at full back in his very successful passing Brighton team. There is more than one way to skin a cat.
