Liam Walsh is clearly a decent player but can we afford to carry him when he could easily miss 2 thirds of EVERY season.
Lets hope the new investment does come in.
Maybe for these last 2 games we should be giving some other young players a chance and see what prospects we have? | | | |

I would say after a proper pre season he stands a good chance of being at his best. It will be a make or brake season for him though, fail and his career could well be over.
As for the younger players, I would say the coaching staff know exactly what prospects they have and are waiting for the right time to bed them in. |  |

Wlsh is 25, he's had several "proper" pre seasons but sadly the guy is just made of glass.
The true test of younger players is first team action. Some players shine in the junior teams but cant make the step up. | | | |
