I remember it well, we were all in a pub in Northampton Lane, all the young skinheads, and we had a lot being, briefed by a very well known local Skinhead. Ok, it’s not big and clever, but I was seventeen. A boy in a man’s world as my ex skipper used to say in the mob. Torn to pieces that day. Learning curve.

I remember us bumping into Boro in the early 2000's after they had played Spurs where they kicked up and got marched to Kings cross station a few of them slipped the police and got into the flying Scotsman pub where we were after a Luton away game a very tense hour or so with them you could tell they were eyeing up the possibility even though they were out numbered easily by about 5 to 1.
